Registration for BCGL 12 is required for everyone except the invited speakers. There is a 25€ early bird fee for registrations made on or before Saturday December 7. Thereafter, the fee is 40€.
The registration fee includes access to the conference, a conference folder, tea, coffee, water, juice, biscuits. If you want to pay via bank transfer (which is the strongly preferred option), please transfer the correct amount to the KU Leuven bank account number BE60 7340 0666 0370, and use the following structured message: 400/0018/99118. You will be given a receipt for your payment at the conference registration desk. If you need an invoice, don’t transfer any money, but contact our financial services.
Dinner is not included in the registration fee, and costs 50€. The conference dinner will take place on Monday December 16 at 19h at Strofilia. The menu is composed of assortments of mezes—dishes to be shared—for the firsts (dips, salad, fish dishes) as well as the seconds (meat, vegetables, side dishes) and an individual dessert. It also includes drinks (½ bottle of wine, water, soft drinks and tea or coffee).
